Joey, as Vice President of Leadership Development, equips leaders to grow people-first teams and lead with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

Joey has served in full-time ministry for over 26 years, focusing on leadership development and training. He received his Master's in Religious Education and Bachelor's in General Ministry from West Coast Bible College and Seminary. Joey is an orbained minister with the Assemblies of God. He founded Alcala Ministries Inc. In 2021, focusing on leadership development, marriage and family ministry, speaking, consulting, and coaching.

Stacey is originally from Ontario, Canada. She resides in Dallas, Texas, with Joey, her husband of over 23 year. Joey and Stacey have two amazing girls Isabella & Alexandrea. Stacey worked in the direct sales field for 9 years and took her account to Ambassador Diamond with It Works Global. She is in the Millionaires club and was in the top 50 for several years. She has not only been a top income earner with It Works but coached and cheered multiple teammates to the top of the company as well. Stacey loves to train and develop others to succeed.
